4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of your initial purchase date. To request a refund, you must contact us at lavurso@artemzaporozhets.com within this 14-day window. Beyond this initial 14-day period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for recurring subscription payments, partially used subscription periods, or downgrades.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are prohibited from:

• Hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or compromising our security measures.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service.
• Using any exploits or bugs to gain unauthorized access or benefits.

6. Intellectual Property

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
